These things came in a timely manner and they were very bright however only two of them worked The other three kind of fizzled out after I hooked him up to the rated voltage

Don't be surprised when you receive theses lights. The dimensions are for the package only and in standard inches measurements. The photos make the lights appear around 9" + inches long.Then, to confuse people, the actual measurements are in metrics.I believe this is all marketing to confuse the consumer and Yes, it got me.The lights are just over 6" long. Big surprise from the lights in the photo's and from the listed package dimension.Grrrrrr
