These are nice and sturdy, standard size 1/6 steam table pans at about 6" deep. The edges had no burrs or rough areas. The edges do not roll under which can cause a small crease where particles can get stuck.Although the description doesn't show it, the pans that I received do have a lip a little less than an inch from the top. This causes them not to stack quite as compact taking up a little more space, but it also gives you space to get your fingers between the pans when they are stacked to get them apart. However, that is also where they lost a star. Early on, I did have a problem with them sticking together and I had a very hard time getting them apart, actually beating on them a bit before they would release. They were not wet when I stacked them. I had transported them a few blocks from one store to another, but that shouldn't have caused them to stick together. They come with labels for each pan, but I don't get the idea behind that. They seem like regular, standard labels, but to check I tried writing on one with a dry erase marker and it wouldn't come off immediately after writing on it. If they aren't reusable, what good is a single label per pan with spots for dates & times?I got another brand of pans like this at the same time that did not have the brim around the top but otherwise seemed the same (and they do stack interchangeably, which is nice.) The other set was about 25% less. Is that brim worth the extra cost? That's something for you to decide.

These are fairly standard full-depth 1/6 pans for the steam table or ice box. Nice solid stainless steel with radiused corners to make it easier to get food out and to clean. They are obviously heat and freezer proof. The edges are polished to remove any sharp edges. They are a nice size for refrigerator storage, using cling-film to cover them. The stickers are not intended for reuse multiple times. There are other vendors selling similar pans with lids for less, or significantly larger packages of similar without lids for around the same price.

I am a huge fan of restaurant supply stores and the durable, nearly indestructible products they sell. These steam table pans, which are designed to fit into buffet line tables, are equally useful for home use. Either as mixing bowls or for serving items at a party. They are made of heavy duty stainless so you can put anything in them, hot or cold, and they can even sit directly on a heated surface to keep items warm. And of course they can go in the dishwasher. These will definitely last a lifetime!

The metal they use for these pans is thicker than most you can get. Comes in a 6 pack and are the perfect sizes for mixes dressing or sauces. No lids

These hotel pans are perfectly sized to fit in the mobile cart my wife has. In fact because of the perfect size she can hold 6 of them in there no problems at all. They are stainless steel and very easy to clean and what I really dig is that they seem to hold the heat very well without clumping around the sides.

They work great for anything you are doing in the kitchen from holding chopped up veggies to baking bread. Just nice quality pans.

These are nice hotel pans similar to those I've used and seen in professional food service settings. They're made with nice, thick sheet metal and they're pressed uniformly so they nest nice and tight for storage. No complaints with these and I highly recommend them for home or commercial use.

These are average quality hotel pans. Nothing special. The labels are garbage (who would want a single use label for this kind of pan?). I'll be using them to feed our goats various minerals and nutrients (a nutrient buffet, if you will).
