These are OK, but the guard doesn't reliably click the switch closed. I would not buy again.

These are good for switching lighting in an experimental aircraft. They are reliable . However, I do not recommend using these for critical functions such as ignition/mags.

Note: On the photos I used the nuts wrong. The set comes with extra nuts and washers to adjust the distance of the face plate otherwise it won't clear the switch.I just love them. They just give that instant jet fighter vibe to anything. They of course make a good case to be used as safety switches, because that's they have been designed for. These are 12V so they are not as heavy duty as high voltage switches. Still does the same at a descent quality. I am using these to switch of individual batteries if I have to swap them on my DIY solar backup unit. Works and makes me feel like working for NASA :) Five stars from me (Because I am a child)
