The part was huge as compared to the motor sold. The part number was not same as shown on the web description. The picture of the web description is shown to have three legs ( two in the front are seen and one at the back). But the motor came with four big legs and cannot be used. Waste of time and money in urgent needs.

First of all, this is NOT a direct replacement of pn 5KCP39KGT785S. It has 4 mounting brackets as opposed to the 3 of the original part. It us also made in Vietnam, not oem GE. So if you can work the bracket part, the wires match, the shaft fits, the motor specs are the same, then you’re good.Still, it is deceitful description confounded by the fact that the shipping invoice says, it CANNOT BE RETURNED. A fact that forced me to improvise on the mounts.I am not happy that Amazon allows these vendors to operate on their marketplace.

The heater on my sister's AC unit burned out due to age, I purchased this new heater as a replacement for the original OEM part. After receiving this replacement part I have received so many thank-yous from my sister from the warmth her heater gives during the winter time. All thanks to this replacement part

This is not as described or pictured. I ordered because it said it was a GE motor that was the exact same motor that I needed to replace. I think it will work but I’m not impressed at all. Very misleading.
