I originally replaced my oil pressure sensor because the original started leaking through the electrical terminal. This new sensor is reading at 0 psi article and 10 psi at 3000 rpm, I manually tested the oil pressure and it is 35psi at idle and 55 psi at 3000 rpm. I have tested the wiring and all checks out, therefor I have narrowed the issue to the pressure sensor with the ohms being off.

this is for an oil pressure warning light, it does not work for gauge. gave seller 5 star because of price and shipping! i did not read full description, this was my fault

Leaked worse than the original one on my jeep. Had to run to the part store to buy a new one.

The leaking stock sensor showed same pressure as the aftermarket mechanical (oil pressure line) gauge showed, but it was leaking oil. Replaced with this and now the stock gauge goes to 40psi and stays there, revved, idle, doesn't matter. Goes to zero when shut down, but only shows 40 when running. Mechanical gauge shows 45-65, depending on RPM. This sender is worthless...
