The central void makes installation on ceiling fans with a central threaded tube much easier. The listing title says "3000K /4500K/6000K" while one photo says "3000K /4500K/5000K". The photo is correct, except "daylight" is 6000K. Smooth dimming and color selection is easy. Longevity remains to be seen.

I put this in ceiling fan that’s original led light had gone out. it was just a matter of screwing it in and connecting the wires when it came in.

These worked great for me and saved the day when my overpriced piece of junk fan light from Home Depot quick working after barely a year! Installation was simple with just the two wires and the magnets installed on the back of these are brilliant. It means you don't have to worry about the mounting screw holes lining up. You just literally attach the wires and snap the magnets in place and you're done. Boom. The lights themselves have 3 color temperatures that you flick through by cycling the power switch quickly. I would prefer a manual switch on the LED array itself because who needs to change color temperatures often?

I made the mistake of looking at these when they were tested. I saw spots for long minutes after. They dimmed really well with no noticeable flickering. They mounted up fine on our Harbor Breeze ceiling fan. The old like burn up thanks to the incandescent bulbs getting hot. We have light again...YAY!!!!.
