These are inexpensive but work! Some are very tight while others are loose but for a quick event work. Color is nice.

I was using these for aisle chairs in a wedding ceremony. The church had chairs not pews so I need something that would not damage the chair. I also needed to make the designs up ahead of time. The ones that were super stretchy fit great and they were used. I was not able to use as many as hope but it did make the set up and removal a breeze.
