Was looking for alternatives to hard plastic lip retractors for my whitening clients and thought these could be great. Unfortunately, the rings are way too big and partially cover the teeth (if the client is able to fit it in their mouth). Retractor is not stiff enough to actually hold back the lips to fully expose the teeth. Also leaves a strong rubber taste on the lips, even though I only wore it for 5~ minutes. Could be good for other dental uses but unfortunately not for whitening!
