Hard to rate this one. It is what it is. It's a flat image of an owl. You know what you're buying.I have these, did nothing, and also installed full size owl figures later (one is moving and squaking) all over my back yard and all the birds ignore them, never paid attention to them for one day, just kept on pecking on the house and flying around them.I did take stars off because it is not a deterrent as described. If it was advertised as a "flat pictures of owls" I'd give it 5 stars. Great pictures, very scary. Not a deterrent at all.
