ROUTING SAFETY
1.Ensure the cutter can be used safely with the chosen router before use. Check that the cutter is fitted securely in the router collet.
2.Do not take heavy and deep cuts in one pass as this will overload the router.

Didn't have high expectations for these since they weren't very expensive, but used the big daddy chamfer bit on a transition an outdoor deck and it came out brilliantly and smooth. Wonderful cut - if you're looking for a 45-degree angle with your router, this bad boy will deliver.

I have used these on some pine wood and had no issues. Cut clean and had no issues removing material.

First off, this thing is scary big! Obviously the size is mentioned in the description, but before you order take a minute and consider the dimensions. As with another reviewer, it was too big for the throat of my router table so had to be used above the mounting plate. I built a secondary top of 3/4 ply with a bigger hole to accommodate the bit and slowed by router speed as much as I could. I was putting a profile on a thick table top and this thing did the job nicely. No burn even on Cherry. Given the size, a shaper might have been a better choice, but I don't own one. Personally, I wouldn't consider using this in a hand held router.

Although I have not used these bits yet they appear to be of good quality. Each bit was individually cased in a heavy duty plastic container and well oiled. The containers are clearly labelled with bit size and type which makes it easy to identify later when needed. An "Allen" key was also provided.
