Unless you need the threaded rod (upper) to just sit inside an untreated tube (lower), you can do a lot better than these. I found them to be a bit wobbly, and couldn’t abide the fact that the threaded part just sat in/on the black tube. Returned for these…https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BGPBQLZD

Threaded rod doesn't actually screw into the post I needed it to to make it secure. Plate seemed ok but don't think it was completely square and not sure how sturdy seemed mediocre at best. I needed something solid and square and level. Returned but no problems or hassles so I thank them for that. Could be useful in many applications and projects just not my particular situation
