A standard crimping tool did the job. I made an extension cord for the Vevor diesel heater LCD panel. Connectors fit and the extension works.

I used these connectors to make a wire harness for my 3d printer that allows the hotend to be removed easily with these connectors.Construction of the pins are good, I would recommend getting a decent pair of melex crimper to ensure easy pin assembly to the plugs. If you use a very cheap crimper these are a pain to get installed.Depinning from the plugs is a bit difficult as my molex branded depin tool does not seen to want to fit over these pins. Get it right the first time or toil over getting them out.The pins make a good electrical connection and I only saw a very small attenuation on my scope, making these connectors suitable for canbus circuits.These connectors do not take high loads well. I wouldn't recommend running more than 2A sustained load over them.Overall, I recommend these connectors for low voltage low amp applications.
