It was difficult for me to judge from some reviews. I believe because the review may have not actually been for this product. My experience is that they were well made with no apparent quality issues. The installation instructions were great, and did require the use of quick terminals (supplied) that are called janitors in the instructions. The only tools required are a screwdriver, pliers, and a 12/14mm wrench. The kit includes the wrench and all other hardware. I did have to supply some larger wire splice caps as I had more connections with one light.I used 60watt 800 lumen led dimmable bulbs and they put out plenty of light.Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Installed this chandelier with lights pointing up and my table was too dark. I saw the matching pendant lights faced downward so I tried it and it looks wonderful. Highly recommend!
