So I don’t see how these are going to begin to pass without paint and primer. But because of how plastic is molded, There is sort of an indentation right dead in the center of the main piece that has to do with the injection molding of the plastic. It makes it super conspicuous. And causes the glossy outside of the plastic to not only dip, but much increases the appearance that what you’re looking at is just a flimsy piece of plastic. On putting these on my Toyota Yaris. But I feel like to do this right using these I better prepare to use some Bondo, prime, and sand, followed by painting. Because it’s plastic and at least we have a little bit of flexibility if your hood has any amount of curve. But my concern there is if you were installing this with the provided double-sided tape, I feel like the very slight tension. It would constantly put on the piece almost a guarantee of it wanting to peel back up eventually. Especially on a very hot day that might affect the adhesives. For the smaller side panels, there’s no making them look like anything real. The only way these could look worse is if they were 3-D printed and had such lines in them. They are flat unvented plastic pieces that look very lame. I’ve seen some other pieces on Amazon, and at least the user review pictures made them look justifiable. I may get around to uploading pictures here, but for the most part, I feel like they would hurt their case even more. Just to be clear, this is the overall feel as I describe this item. It could’ve been so much better. For me, unless these are only going to be seen at night, the amount of work, I feel it would require to make these worthwhile in appearance, should not necessarily be placed upon such a low quality item. I very much wish I could’ve said otherwise. This is not one of those situations were you looking for the seller to replace a simple flawed item. Rather, throw it out and start over.

It comes with a black smooth glossy look. It's slightly flexible ABS style plastic. You get 2 roles of 3M style double sided tape. Or, you could adhere with your own adhesive or screws / bolts. Just remember to wash and dry completely all surfaces before using the tape. And, alcohol swab it first. Let it cure overnight in clear weather. It should last for years. I have taken my truck through the car wash many times with this system and have never had a problem.

This is a unique way to make your car stand out without breaking the bank. This is very easy to install just basically stick it on and it gives the appearance of a hood vents. Great for that sports car look and does not break the bank. Way to look cool and change your car into a newer model!
