I would have preferred it to have a bit driver shaft instead of a smooth shaft.

It’s a great product but pricey. But I paid it so I can’t complain

It was a little hard to find the screw in inserts at a good price but once I did this product worked well. I was using it to clean rust and debris off of wheel hub assemblies and around the lugs, and it did that well. Just remember though this part is just the part you attached to your drill. You still have to buy the parts that attaches to it in order to use this product. I ended up getting those on eBay.

The product works very well in removing corrosion from the face of a wheel hub. it is also great for cleaning up rust off brake callipers. The friction pads last longer than you would expect. They are easily cleaned with compressed air and/or water. Not inexpensive, but they are a good value.

I use this to clean the hubs for new rotors. Well worth the effort. Completely cleans the hub of rust and dirt. Runout with new (good) rotors was less than .0001". I will buy again if I need to.

Nothing to dislike so far, upgrade to alloy wheels on my forester and use this too to clean mating surface on disc rotors. I was replacing ball joints on my X5 E53 and needed to clean the area where they’re installed and this was the perfect tool to do the job. Wise investment for me so far, the correct tools just don’t make the job easier they make life easier.

I do not know how anyone can do a first rate Brake job without using this and the rolocs to clean the HUB around the lugs. This makes it easy and a gentle presuure is all you need. You also need to clean the area where the wheel (steel or alloy) comes into contact with the hub?rotor. Or the person is liable to return for uneven braking or a pulsating pedal. Even if you put new rotors on a car or truck you still have to clean the lugs on the hub or you are going to hear complaints about pulsating brake pedals. A lot of brake techs still think that brake rotors "warp". Brake Rotors DO NOT WARP. The rust that builds up between the wheel and the rotor and between the hub and the rotor is what makes it "seem" like the rotors are warped. Brake rotors do not get hot enough to warp unless you are an Indy 500 driver, then they may get hot enough.
