My first pump shipped to me and arrived damaged. The threads for the pump outlet were damaged and would not accept the m22 adapter supplied with the pump. Picture is attached for your reference. Thinking this was was a shipping issue, I opted for an exchange.The second pump arrived, things look promising. However, I quickly discovered that two (2!!!) of the mounting holes for the pump were not properly machined. One (bottom left) had some overhang of material while the bottom right wasn't drilled out and was completely unusable. I probably could have machined the holes myself to make them work.... but if THIS is the type of quality control that is acceptable, I can only IMAGINE what the pump internals might be like.The pump ships with ZERO documentation. This pump has oil that is user serviceable and must be replaced. What kind of oil? How often? UNKNOWN... there is no provided documentation. There is also no PW-ON website...... AVOID this product.
