We got a shock a couple of weeks ago. Our car started acting up and lights came on in the dash. I used a code reader and quickly figured out that it was the valve body in the transmission. I called the dealer and the repair cost was about $3000. I couldn't believe that it was so much. I quickly started doing some research online and realized that it was a fix I could do myself. I ordered the parts and this gasket. It all went perfectly and I repaired the car for barely over $300. It took only about 3 hours. This gasket saved the day and was a perfect fit. I gained more respect for my own mechanic abilities and lost some respect for the dealer rip off price. The gasket looks just like the original and was well packaged between 2 pieces of stiff cardboard to protect it. I was really glad to get it.
