These are Terry cotton, like towels. But very thin towels. Had it's plus and minuses. Doesn't make forehead feel itchy. Stays in place and doesn't slide down into eyes but elasticity seem weak and won't last long.

It's a good sweatband. Soft and does it's job. It got washed with my Santa costume though and now it's pink.
