The bracket did not fit my mower very well, but did fit the bagger like a glove. Since I could not find another bracket, I modified the bracket to fit my machine. Since I had the tools and inclination, I spread the arms to make them fit the body of the mower, enlarged the notches to fit the existing shoulder bolts, and cut the pin that was supposed to engage the drawbar hole off. It was in the wrong place by about an inch. Finally, I put a hook bolt around the tubing from which the bracket is made, through the back plate of the body and secured it with a washer and nut. Now ir will stay in place.I'm looking forward to trying it after a maintenance item on the mower is complete. I think it will work well.

Product seemed to not fit quite right. After 30 minutes of working it I thought I had it sufficiently secure. 2nd use after normal use and bumping it is now bent and unusable. Will be looking for a remedy. Avoid.
