I need two quick release straps for holding my tripod under the bottom side of my camera bag. Maybe I'm cheap but the fancy camera bags are getting a bit too fancy these days.My tripod doesn't have a chin but these straps will do the job. We all have lots of belts these days with modern plastic quick release clips. There are about three different patterns and they all seem to work well. But when you squeeze the clip on these straps from BIUDECO it does not have an instant release, there is a slight grabbing that you need satisfy by a small relaxation of pressure. Also don't look too closely. 99% of all the items on Amazon are very well made and have very neat engineering with smooth surfaces, crisp edges and no evidence of molding. But the clips on these BIUDECO straps look a bit like they came out of a Christmas cracker - cheap and cheerful. Not smooth surfaces and very evident sprue molding pockets. But as I say we are all spoiled these days. The clip works just fine - it just doesn't spark joy.So if you have a hat or a helmet, and you have no artistic tendencies at all, get a pair of these and you can have 100% confidence in the reliability of your headwear retention.

When I am using my chainsaw which I do often living on the side of a mountain, when I am moving branches and brush my helmet often will come off. After adding these straps to my forestry safety helmet, I can now bend over and pick up brush without my helmet falling off. This makes me a lot more productive when cutting wood / brush while keeping me safe.
