It is not a shiny stainless steel. More like a brushed nickel finish. But it fits and works. The quality is not top quality and it feels a bit cheap, but the price is great and and it replaces the broken piece perfectly. I would buy it again even though it does not match perfectly with shiny stainless steel faucet.
