I expected to put the cage inside this but it's just open on both sides with a string to pull to tighten on the top and bottom, and even that doesn't get tight enough. The best design would be to have the bottom enclosed.

While this says it is adjustable I tightened the down and it is still sliding off down off the cage. Also since the perimeter of my cage is on the smaller end, there is alot of extra "fluff" and the liner doesn't really sit properly. I still end up having to vacuum alot around my bird cage.

This bird cage cover fits great on my Prevue 31"x20"x53" inch flight cage and the mesh is fine enough to keep feathers/food inside the cage.The elastic bands do a great job of holding cover up, and are still stretch enough to pull down under a door to replace food without any issue.
