I had read the instructions, and looked over the kit, and it looks like a complete and well though out kit of good quality, but when it came down to it, the air bags were just to big to fit into the springs on my 2018 Ram 1500. I ended up removing the spring to try and drop the bags in from the top, and discovered that the air bag diameter is just a bit wider than the inside diameter of the springs. I could force the bag in this way, but I feel the springs would rub away the bag material until they fail. I can't recommend this kit for 2018 Ram 1500 5.7 V8.
