This is my first set, I used them for shelving. When you don't have an extra set of hands these are great! The locking mechanism was sufficient for the 25lbs I was holding.

I am pleased with this purchase. I realised they were designed for lighter carpentry material, But since my cupboards were teak I had use additional support, so it worked out well.

Decent quality. But minimum 63" not 54 or 56" as description and the photo say.So be sure you don't need a minimum of 59" to work for your project like I did or you are screwed.

Bought two of these expecting to be able to use them for jobs. I am a contractor and do a good bit of cabinets, crown, drywall etc where this type of item comes in handy, specifically because I usually work alone and need the extra support. I bought these as a second set of extension poles for setting up dust control and makeshift painting booth with painters plastic. My original pair of helping hands were fast cap brand and they work well except minor annoyances. My major issue with these is that the support foot is mounted crooked to the screw as can be seen in the photo. That’s no good, the support is not 90 degrees to the screw through the hole they are pop riveted into. Maybe these were just a bad set but two of the supports were like that, not just one. I’m returning for a refund and probably should’ve been a little leery of the fact that reviews say 8 global reviews and only 3 show, 1 of which I suspect may not be an honest review. Honestly, they feel well made except for the out of level mounting of the support pad through the screw that attaches them to the poles.

I use these to hold up my boat cover. I have a pontoon boat and they give you cheap aluminum poles to hold up the center. Those things do not work so I bought a set of these. It works fantastic for holding up the tarp in a boat.

Lo compre porque dice que es para instalar gabinetes. Pero por su tamaño no lo recomiendo, el material se siente de buena calidad. Pero la altura estándar de los gabinetes es de 54 pulgadas. Talvez funciona a la perfección para otros trabajos. Pero definitivamente no es para gabinetes.
