The design of the bag great! It has plenty of room for the ball and shoes, and pockets. What is even better is the quality of the zipper, YYK. This brand is known for durability & comfort. We use a size 6 ball with size 6.5 shoe. We found that it is easier to carry and more comfortable when the shoes are in outside compartment, and the ball is on the inside compartment.

Bought this bag for my 14-year-old son who is 6'4 and wears size 14 shoes. We weren't sure if it was going to fit his shoes with a basketball but it definitely fits both a full size basketball and his size 14 shoes with room to spare. He really likes all the extra pockets and that the basketball is in a separate bag section for easy getting in and out. He's pretty picky so the fact that he liked it right out the box was pretty exciting. He goes down to the local gym everyday to play for quite a few hours and walks there and back. We will see how well it holds up but for now he thinks it's going to work out pretty well.

The quality and value of this bag is very good for the price. Less capacity than a Nike Elite bag, but compared to the $80 price, this is a great bag for young competitive basketball players. My 11 year old wears a size 7 in basketball shoes, so when his shoes are inside the bag and the basketball is also in its pouch, there’s not much room for additional items. The drawstring bag that’s included is a nice touch; however, if you fill it with contents you won’t be able to put it inside of the backpack, (with shoes inside). The side pockets are nice for his water bottle and mouth guard. There is a small laptop pocket, I believe a small laptop could fit. Overall, I give this 5 stars for the value, price paid, quality, And fast shipping. Perfect size for age 14 & under. 15 and older might prefer a larger sized bag, for bigger shoes/gear.
