It’s nice and all but has the wrong size hole for my boost pressure sensor on a 2001 golf gti. The hole is about half as big as it needs to be. Mounting tabs seem to line up but I’m not mounting until I come up with a solution for that sensor that doesn’t fit their hole.

I have had this Intercooler in my Jetta 2.0 TDI for over 4 months now and its working perfectly. No more low boost pressure code. Install takes a bit of time but pretty straight forward. Go to to YouTube university to learn how to replace.

I used this to recover heat from the exhaust pipe on my Vevor 8Kw diesel heater.I put a 12V 10" radiator cooling fan on it and mounted in an enclosure.It preheats the air into the diesel heater. The exhaust air temp enteringis 450 def F and exits at ambient temperature. Very happy !!!
