This LED street light is incredibly bright and perfect for illuminating large outdoor areas. It provides a high count of lumens of daylight brightness (something like 30k+) while using only a small amount of energy compared to traditional incandescent lights. It looks nice too, not too commercial. My favorite feature is the built in dusk to dawn sensor which automatically turns the light on and off without needing to do it manually. It's great knowing that it will be on when I arrive in the dark but also will turn off and not unnecessarily be on the whole day. The aluminum housing feels very durable and the waterproof rating makes it reliable even in harsh weather conditions, which is very common in the northeast. Installation was straightforward with the universal mounting bracket and the adjustable angle making it easy to direct the light exactly where I needed it. It can be used for a variety of locations, anywhere needing strong consistent lighting. If you want an energy efficient long lasting light that requires minimal maintenance this is a solid choice, especially at this reasonable price point. I would recommend.

This light is large - larger than it looks, but that's FANTASTIC. You'll see in one of the included pictures that I put one of those standard disposable utility knives on the lens for some perspective.This will only use 180W, but will put out over 32,000 lumens! I'll only need one light to illuminate my whole front yard and driveway, and this will replace an old, expensive halogen.The body of the light is all aluminum, as well as the mounting bracket, so I feel it'll hold up much better to the freezes, hail, and temperature extremes we have where we live.It comes ready to wire, and has all the mounting hardware you need to install it, other than the post or pole you're planning on installing this to. It's recommended to be installed at approximately 16' high, and we won't quite get it that high, but the adjustability at the base means you can incrementally adjust it for just the right angle to maximize the light. It's got a dusk-to-dawn sensor, so you don't have to wire it with an on/off switch if you don't want to.I'm really pleased with this - it's bigger and better than I expected, and it'll save us money and should exceed our old light for brightness.
