I use index cards instead of Post-it notes to keep track of work items I frequently use. These cards feel flimsy when compared to my usual index cards. I write with fountain pens, so my concern was that the ink would bleed through these cards, making the reverse side unusable. I tested the notecards with different pen inks; only the marker bled through the cards!Pros:Pastel colors that are easy to see on a corkboardUniform printing of lines without any bleed-through to the back40 cards per colorSmooth writing surfaceCons:Paper stock is not heavyweightNot good for flashcardsMost 4" x 6" colored index cards come in a pack of 160 for the same price as these. The additional white cards make this pack a good value if you have use for white cards when looking for colored cards. These cards would not work as flashcards for me. When I make flashcards, I use a marker, and the thinness of the paper stock allows a marker to bleed through. The bleed-through means you can't put information on both sides of the flashcard. These cards do work for brainstorming, project management organization and tracking, writer's prompts, and recipe cards.I would order these cards again because they are low-cost, and the writing surface is pleasant to use with a fountain pen.

I've been using these to study. And they work fine. Paper is decent quality, not super thick or super thin. Maybe they'd be better a little thicker but its not bad. The different colors are good for separating out chapters, topics, or subjects but some of the colors are just a bit harder to see on, especially with pencil.

What can I say about these, they're index cards and cheap! They are slightly less thick than I was expecting but they are more than thick enough for daily use for notes, studying, and for lists, etc. The colors are great, the paper feels great to write on, and they're super cheap!Well worth the price, and I would happily get these again if needed!

I love these. The size is great, and I love the color options. They arrived quickly, and I received them in secure packaging. I have been using them for organizing book brainstorming and will absolutely have to get these again. Highly recommend.

he Nichela 200 Pcs Colored Index Cards are a great choice for quick notes or organizing ideas. This set of 200 cards comes in five different colors, which is super handy for categorizing or adding a bit of flair. The writing surface is smooth and works well with pretty much anything—pencil, ballpoint pen, gel pen, even a fountain pen. They're just the right weight—not too thick like cardstock, but not flimsy like regular paper. Whether you’re making flashcards, jotting down quick thoughts, or just need something for visual organization, these cards are reliable and versatile. Definitely a solid addition to my desk setup.

Thin. I can't even call them cardstock. Heavyweight paper? Beautiful green. It doesn't matter for me because I am gluing or stapling recipes on them and putting them in a sleeve. I did notice with the glue stick, the card rolls up on itself. Again...paper. If you need cardstock, think #90 lb minimum. I've had better stationary paper than these "cards".
