This is a must have tool in your kitchen. The stainless steel cleans up easily and it spreads cake frosting like a dream.I have also found it useful when frying items like adanas or egg rolls to flip over instead of using a full size spatula. I use the smaller one to spread out hummus perfectly every time.It's a very convenient tool to have.

Wow….incredible quality cake spatulas! The price was very reasonable so I wasn’t sure if these would be quality, but they are. Will be using these to flip homemade rice tortillas. Also, having arthritis I can say these are easy to hold!
