After a long hiatus from practicing, I was eager to get back into it and these have been perfect. The quality surpassed my expectations. Unlike the foam trainers, these solid rubber ones offer a more realistic and effective training experience. The chain rotates smoothly and the weight feels just right, adding to the authenticity of the practice. While they can cause harm if mishandled, for a responsible adult, they are an excellent choice. They've held up well during my training sessions and I have no regrets. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a durable and reliable training tool to enhance their nunchuck skills.

Despite the odd review questions, they delivered on all fronts. The weight is as expected and not overly heavy or light. While they may not be beginner-friendly in the traditional sense, with proper caution and training, they can be used effectively. They arrived in great condition, clean and without any defects. Their strength and durability are impressive. I've already noticed an improvement in my arm and shoulder mobility as I practice with them. Just be sure to take safety seriously and consider protective gear.
