Your cart is empty.The Bintiva balance disc / Wobble Cushion, is an important strengthening tool to be used by adults and children. The simple act of sitting on the disc activates core abdominal and trunk muscles. Flexor and extensor muscles work in tandem to keep your balance on the disc while continuously strengthening and toning. Through these small, continuous motions that you are making, deep core muscles are constantly stimulated and enhanced. It is very important to maintain an upright posture while seated on the disc. It is however, not meant for sitting only. You can actually stand, kneel, and do all sorts of exercises on it, thereby increasing the benefits of those exercise routines.

They do what they say they do. Less comfortable for adults to sit on. Decent for younger kids that need to move. Don't overfill with air.

At first, I experienced difficulty pumping these up, but when I finally figured out that you really had to jam the pump needle in all the way, it was easy. These are great! I recently had the misfortune of having a stroke, and these cushions are an important part of my personal rehab program. Very sturdy and as good as those used by my hospital. Just don't be afraid of being too rough with them when trying to pump them up.

Love these Stability disc, I have had mine for a while. This purchase was for a gift. I have had several friends buy them after they tried mine. But with this purchase I failed to receive the "Free" Air Pump. My options were to return the product or receive a 20% discount from Amazon. Since this was a gift and already given I couldn't very well return them so I opted for the 20% discount from Amazon. Amazon was fair and I appreciate that. As for the product itself, I will continue to use them and recommend them. They are great for balance and core. You should give them a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.
