I like the way these shutter buttons look on my vintage cameras. A couple of these cameras have shutter buttons that are recessed and hard to reach. These buttons help elevate the buttons making them easier to reach and press after making adjustments to my exposure while continuing to watch the light meter in the eyepiece.The o-rings that come with the buttons are great. They help keep the buttons snuggly screwed on without needing to crank them down ridiculously tight. Other buttons I have bought that didn’t come with o-rings will sometimes work themselves loose. I’m not keen to torque them tight enough to risk breaking them off and ruining my remote trigger threads. The o-rings solve the problem neatly.I recommend these to anyone who wants to clean up the look and feel of your camera shutters on your older cameras.

Get these instead of the little thin ones you also see here. For one thing, these yield better relief for the “soft” release effect. Secondly, the knurled edge helps in securing them with a twist. Fuji shooters can even better ensure the security of the fit by turing their cameras on by turning the button clockwise.
