This air cleaner (2 pack) fits my John Deere LT140 mowers motor. Price was way less than a Kohler one pack. Can't tell the difference as it fit finish is the same. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

As someone else mentioned, there are SHARP edges on the top stamped sheet metal. Be careful in handling this thing. The foam pre-filter seems to be a little narrow and barely covers the filter element. More importantly, this is the shorter version of the filter -- the Kohler CV-16 on my Husqvarna Rider 155 uses the OEM taller filter. Not a huge deal as the shorter one fits but it has less filtration area. This filter seems ok, but it's hard to tell how well it will filter the air

This is a good replacement for the original air filter.The only difference is the thickness of the foam on the new filter, It’s only about half the thickness of the original, so I cleaned the original foam and applied it over the new one.All is well now.This is a good replacement when servicing your Craftsman Lawn tractor/mower.

The #s cross to my original filter so I thought this was a good deal but the new filters are 3/8" shorter forcing me to cut off the bottom gasket of the original to get proper fit. Will never buy again.
