How to install the battery
Pull out the battery compartment and insert 4 batteries.Pay attention to the "+"and "-" signs. The"-"end of the batteries go against the spring in side of the compartment. When placing the battery compartment back, be sure to align the latch with the protrusion inside the safe

I like that this safe will let me keep my gun close to me in a secure manner. I also really like that you can use a number code, key or fingerprints to gain access inside. The structure of the safe is pretty good.
