I use a blind to hunt, and often kneel, so I got this to kneel on. The best thing is is isn't noisy. It's also pretty cushiony and works well. It rained one day, and we have some leaks in the blind, but the water just beaded up and didn't soak in. I wish it was just an inch or two bigger for my needs. I'd buy this again.

Love this camo leaf design pattern portable cushion with a handle. It's great for hiking, camping, hunting, outdoor concert or for sporting even stadium seat. It's think enough and light to be portable, but a sturdy cushion for comfort. Plus it is waterproof and wipes stains off easily. I bought as a gift, but would definitely buy another for myself.

This is a nice little cushion. Very light weight, great camo pattern. The cover can zip off for cleaning. Has a strap to run through your belt loop if you want to carry it behind you to make it easy to bring hands free. I also attached it to the molle webbing on a backpack to bring it with me. Definitely a lot better than sitting on the cold hard ground. I even ended up using it in my home office just to raise up my seat on my desk chair. Overall, pretty good pad.

UPDATE: removed two stars. The styrofoam does not re-inflate once compressed…which is the nature of styrofoam, so fine. But the thin, substandard sponge is almost as bad. It is not at all dense. The styrofoam is what was providing the structure. This cushion is not worth anything near this selling price. Wait for a 75% off sale, then cut your own high-density sponge and fill the cover.**************************************************I unzipped it as soon as it arrived. It has a layer of sponge and under that, a layer of styrofoam. See photo. The dense kind of styrofoam that your faucet and wooden furniture come packaged in.I think that if I paid this price ($28) and saw a piece of styrofoam in the cushion I would be displeased. However, the cushion is comfortable, the cover is good quality, and the reed-pattern camouflage is fine. Plus, the styrofoam must help with the waterproofing. What I’m saying is that the cushion works. It’s just not what I was expecting to see as cushioning.

This cushion feels so very nice on my bony buttocks. It’s a pleasure to rest my derrière on this instead of a cold hard bleacher or metal chair. Especially at an outdoor sporting event in the winter. I like the attached strap for easy hands-free transport. Just throw it on your shoulder and go.

I ordered this for hunting since sitting still for hours can become uncomfortable. I used it last weekend and it was very comfortable. It's easy to carry in/out of the woods with the strap. The camo pattern looks great, but not really that important since you'll be sitting on it. The fabric seems durable and I think it will last many hunting seasons. I'm very pleased with it.

I'm an old man, who lives in a senior independent living center, run by a church. It is located also next to a public park.So my dog and I go out for walks. Sometimes up to 5 or 6 per day, rain, snow, or sunshine. Yet I'm old, I have to take breaks. Breaks on park benches. Sometimes very wet park benches.Up to now, I'd take a bath towel along, to clean the bench before sitting down, using the towel also as padding and insulation. Just sometimes, even with that effort, I'd have to change my britches when we got home. Fresh and clean or not, they'd still be wet, where I sat down. I'd also be changing towels, sometime multiple times a day. That adds up to a lot of additional washes over time.So seeing a hunting seat/pad on my list was an "oh ya" moment for me.So here's my problem with this cushion;1) The exterior materials are woven synthetic. So while the threads may be waterproof, the materials are not.2) The lower material is lined, with a polyester type fabric... not waterproof.3) The inner padding is 1in of memory foam like material, and 1/2in of Polyethylene packing foam. Some memory foams can soak up water, and Polyethylene packing foam is at best; water resistant.4) So what is left, is the inner lining of the upper material. And it is waterproof.Conclusion; This cushion should keep the seat of my pants mostly dry. But, I'll be carrying back a soaking wet seat cushion. And it could take hours to dry out. I would rather have liked to see the waterproof inner lining barrier on the bottom material, and not the top.So not a complete failure. But definitively can be made better.

I got this cushion for both sitting on when hunting, and as a kneeling cushion - it works great for both of those activities.It has a strap that you can use to put around your waist when you go afield so that you don't have to carry it. It is about 50" long (including the cushion), so would fit up to a 50" waist size - but be sure to allow extra for the heavy clothing that you would be wearing.The fabric is very heavy duty and I really like the camo pattern. The camo side is a heavy nylon and that is the side that goes on the ground. That should stand up well to being on the ground. The black side is the side that you sit or kneel on. It is soft and is not slippery, so you won't slide around sitting or kneeling. As you'll see in the picture there are two layers of "foam". The layer on the camo side is a really firm piece of foam. This is to provide a solid base and to be able to handle being on top of rocks, branches, etc. Then that is topped with a nice, softer foam that cushions your butt or knees. The two layers are very well thought out - each one has its own purpose.Very pleased with this - I've used it a few times already and it's comfortable - also really light weight which is nice.
