Is all Velcro not sure how long it’s going to last. Just like a dog blanket. Got the 54”-60” and it fits my Shetland that’s a 54” very snug.

Unfortunately this items Velcro straps that are in the frontgoing around the chest,tore within an hour of putting it on. I would return it for my money back, but doubt they will accept because it got dirty.

I ordered this for my older pony , and when I checked him the next day , he was absolutely soaked .This is not at all waterproof and was carrying around 20 pounds of soaking wet cold blanket .Not happy

I got this blanket for my mini mule for our Texas cold front. When I went to strap it onto her the first day the Velcro tab on the chest ripped right off, almost like it wasn’t sewn on correctly. As I removed it today I could see the stitching on the other chest strap will need to be double stitched to be used in the future. It did however do it’s job and kept her dry and warm.

The front Velcro straps pulled completely loose after having it on baby Allie only after 3 days. None of the other straps had issues. We DID have her out in the open with the other horses & not locked up in a stall or smaller pen. The other horses all wear blankets & I’ve never had an issue like this. Not sure if it was just a factory issue? They seemed fine when we first placed it on her. I’m returning. I hope I have no issues with the return. It’s definately cold & I will have to find another for our baby.

Terrible experience, product fits poorly and isn't waterproof, front Velcro isn't very sticky, slides around from side to side on the belly, and neck adjustment useless... Not very warm, and not comfortable material either.And that was after being massively late in being shipped, totally missed the arrival of my colt who had to have makeshift hand stitched blankets in the meantime (we live on an island without store access) with terrible customer service, they refunded me - then recharged!Obviously bought alternative elsewhere in the end but total hassle and Amazon useless at sorting it out.

We own mini horses and pamper them . That said , these are the very best quality we have found on the market .We purchased one in various colors for all our horses on the farm .Great protection in weather, fasten securely, and excellent materials used .Best on the market!

I like the heavy denier, the double locking Velcro closures and the reflective bits make it easier to spot my baby out in pasture after dark with a flashlight. Here’s my nit picks…. But even so I really like this blanket. I got the med as my foal measured just shy of 34 so it just fits on the smallest adjustment. The bellyband is pretty wide and long so I had to fold and sew it to make it fit snug enough that I wouldn’t worry about it hanging pretty loose, even with about 5 inches sewed shorter it has to be as tight as it goes to be good. As wide as it is I don’t think it would work well if she was a colt since it goes from her armpits all the way back and a colt would pee on it, but since it’s a filly that’s not an issue and like I said she’s a smidge under 34 inches and it’s adjustable 34 - 40). Overall it has stayed in place and seems to be good quality 😊
