The box contains 20 rolls which make up 520 identical trash bags. These bags are 34” long and don’t have drawstrings. They are different from what I have been using in the past, instead of flat bottom these bags utilize so-called “star-seal” design, where the tube is sealed at the bottom in a way that eliminates seams.Some sources claim that this design offers few benefits: Star seals help prevent trash from accumulating in one area of the trash bag, distributing the weight more evenly. They are less likely to leak compared to other designs, as the star-shaped bottom reduces the risk of weak points. The star seal design typically offers better strength and flexibility, making the bags more resistant to tears and punctures.Maybe this is true, but I’ll wait to see if it makes difference for the typical use case at home.The other quality that you see right away is that these bags are very thin. They are not necessarily weak, they stretch, rather than break if you pull the plastic, but they don’t impress me as strong, robust or sturdy. I will be using two bags in place of one.On the positive side they come with an attractive price - $28 for the box, $0.05 per bag.I’d give them a 3+ rating

The product photos claim these are "HEAVY DUTY INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH" trash bags, but that is not the case. These bags are super thin. I held one up with my hand behind it, and I could see right through the black plastic. They fit kitchen sized trash cans and work fine as a light duty liner, but they are not suited for anything beyond that. If you need a bag for heavier loads, I would look elsewhere.

This review is for the "16-25 Gallon Trash Bags – Bulk 520 Count – Medium-Large Black Garbage Bags..." I misunderstood that all the bags were the same size and could hold up to 25 gallons. These are black, opaque commercial trash bags probably best for commercial trash bins that are emptied daily. I compost my food scraps so these would not work for that (they are not compostable) and I recycle but these bags would not be allowed for recycling either since recycling is gathered loose not bagged. I will try them in my 20 gallon kitchen trash bin and use the extra capacity as room to tie off the top. I could find no place in the listing that said how many rolls of bags or how many bags were on a roll. My box has 20 rolls of bags which would mean 26 bags on a roll to get 520 bags. That seems likely but I did not unroll the bags to count them. The listing also says the bags come with ties but I have not found any ties. I don't know if they are supposed to be wire twist ties or something else since I can't locate them. For just over 5 cents per bag these are a good value if you have use for this size bag without ties.

You better start working out for when you get this box filled with these trash bags. At first you'll be amazed at how heavy the box is, but then you'll be amazed at how many bags you get for this low price.If you're in a food or office setting, these bags will do a great job handling a wide variety of debris. Understand, they are not reinforced or heavy duty, but they will certainly handle medium weight, non-pointy debris that you may need to dispose of.At 25 gal, these are just a bit smaller than your standard 30 gal trash bags and they lack drawstrings, but they are perfect for lunchroom, breakroom etc. where you don't need heavy duty bags for disposing of paper plates, cups or office refuse.These are great for makeshift dust covers for things you might be putting into storage like old printers and PCs. We've also been using them to line storage boxes knowing they're waterproof.Of course, for those times when you are faced with a heavy load, you can always double up and at this low price, you can afford to!
