These nuts are terrible! The quality control is severely lacking. I spent over an hour having to run a tap through ALL OF THEM to make sure they’d work correctly. I ended up throwing out about 10% due to defects. These are poorly cast with rounded edges. The third and fourth pictures compare these with another brand I bought. I got these because they were cheaper, but they are NOT worth the cost savings if I have to clean the threads on every single one!Don’t waste your money or your TIME!

The threads appear to all fit the M8, no tapping required (as in review I read)But closer to 17mm x 17mm (see photos). Trying to fit into a Leitner ACS rack (20mm), they will work, but not as snug as I had hoped.4545 is a bit more robust than 4040, with basically the same base.
