These are the usual mailing tubes I use for my small business. They have been sooo great in the past and come fully assembled in great condition and I have ordered them many times. I don’t know if they changed their production ….. but This box however had all of the top/ bottom pieces just thrown in the box loose and most of the tubes aren’t fully circular making it IMPOSSIBLE to get the top/ bottom parts in it to seal the package, I’ve literally had to use a hammer to get some to close. These suck

Though I was really wanting the OD to be 2" and not 2.187", it will still work for the purpose I bought them for.

These are simple cardboard tubes, nice and strong, but nowhere near big enough to be poster holders as I had hoped for. Still, for the price, they are all right. I can't really imagine what they are intended to house, except simple paper documents, which could fit in a manilla envelope, but these are as advertised and it was my fault for not doing the math on dimensions.
