Wish I had bought this before! I have a vintage Singer Featherweight machine I use for sewing patchwork quilts. This foot fits perfectly. This foot guides the seam edges great for sewing the scant 1/4" seams straught for accurate piecing of sometimes complicated blocks.

Got does scant 1/4" which is perfect for quilters. Was less expensive than others so was a bit leary but it works fine!

This is a perfect 1/4” measurement for my featherweight sewing machine. The foot that came with it, flopped around all the time, and my sewing ended up a little wonky, but this foot is so much better than what I had, and I love it. Now I can do perfect 1/4” seams. Wish I would have bought it sooner! Now I use my machine all the time.

it works but doesn't measure at 1/4". If precision is what you're looking for, this is not it. Can get by if not a pro.
