People who complain about this charger dont understand that the closed case batteries will totally die if you try to use the toy past it's "RECHARGE" phase. Those batteries, like Marine batteries, simply cant be revived if you do that. KIDS and even adults dont understand this, the top must be recharged soon after you use it past 30 minutes.

Bought this from a little boy black label razor plugs in light comes on showing that it’s charging you let it charge and nothing. Don’t waste money on this. It does not work like they say it does.
