Used this with 3/4 fuel hose for blow by gasses on dodge Cummins. Looks nice, never will be seen. Really didn’t need hose clamp for my application. Found fittings and hose at amazon.

I stuck a breather filter on the bared end. They added curve is great! The filter doesn't hit the hood anymore.
