  • This Rear Adjustable Lowering Kit will lower your bike 1", 2", or 3" in the rear while using your stock shocks. Will give you a more comfortable stance.
  • If your Touring bike is 2017- later or Some special CVO models, please check the left side of the rear adjustable shock so that these Harley lowering blocks won’t fit directly. If your rear suspension is not standard, you need to make some modifications to it
  • After installation, check again if the bumper bracket on the top interferes and no rub on the bags or the fender. Sometime, 3-inch hole makes shock hit backrest,so 2 inch is better. 【Important】 Reminder, recheck all bolts after a couple of miles.
  • Material: High quality Steel ; Position: Rear ; Color: Black
  • Package Included: 1 Set of Adjustable Lowering Kit & Hardware (Just as the picture)

1. This is a simple bracket system, so easy to visualize that you don't even need the instructions.

2. Make sure not to change the mounting angle, some bike needed extra washers at top of shock,it has 2 spacers provided for the top shock mount.

3. After installation, check again if the bumper bracket on the top interferes and no rub on the bags or the fender. Sometime, 3-inch hole makes shock hit backrest,so 2 inch is better.

4. Important Reminder, recheck all bolts after a couple of miles.

This is not even close to the correct product for 1988-99 Sportsters. This is a product made for a 2000-2015 sportsters. Item description is completely wrong.

For what they are to be used for I see the value. However I am opting for shorter shocks due to a better solution for me.

The bolt hole where the bracket should bolt onto does not line up at all.

If you have a sportster 883, don’t buy this product. It doesn’t fit. I’m past my time to return it, so I’m stuck with it.I ended up ordering shock’s instead that will still provide stability while riding. I’ve learned my lesson.

This design is sub par at best .After putting them on my bike the fallowing are the reasons I would never trust this product or any other of this design.#1 these brackets rely on one bolt per side per bracket and work on the principal of leverage against the PIN on the bracket .#2 once bolted on they are not centered and tow the shocks once mounted .#3 left side mount bolt could loosen up during riding due to design.#4 no way to say brackets will be level with each other due to the fact the pin on the bracket is leveraged against part of the swingarm that is casted and not machined .In Conclusion will they lower the bike ? YesIs it a well engineered product? The product it self ,yesProblem being , execution once installed is less than poorly thought out .I wouldn't trust my life to these at anything over 10 mph .

Over all I am happy. I had to modify it to some extent but I have the tools to do it. The year of my. Ike might have been just different enough to need mods. The bike I put it on was a 1996 sportster 883 so if u have one like mine just prepare yourself.

Great piece for the price but the welds are horrible. Almost no penetration, the one piece literally looks like bird crap and don't trust it at all. Luckily I know how to weld and can fix it but just sucks that they weren't just a bolt on part. Just be careful because you dont want to risk your life with cheap welds
