Purchased to wear on Shyanne THE “destroyer of blankets”. Half way through second year and holding up great. Great fit and adjustability. Only one improvement would be better clips on the leg straps. You can either use a screw driver to open and close or replace with better functioning clips.

Size runs true, water resistant even in downpours. Metal clips/hardware not high quality, but they are cheap and easy to replace. I've had it for one season and it's still good. Like all blankets and sheets you still should re-waterproof it at the end of the season. The bellyband does not change size with the blanket, so for my small pony it was comically oversized, but thankfully I didn't buy it for the bellyband anyway. My pony is old and easy on blankets so I have no idea how it would hold up with a horse that tends to tear them.

I love this Winter turnout blanket! I needed something for my one Quarter horse mare who gets really wooly in the winter, for those temps that drop down into the teens and lower. Anything thicker would have been too warm for her. Matter of fact, she was ready for it to come off when the temps got close to 30. We had a lot of rain, sleet, ice and snow so, I can say without a doubt this blanket is weather/water proof. Mare was good and dry when I removed the blanket. The blanket fits great and has plenty of adjustable buckles and snaps to keep it in place. I also love the two tone bright vivid colors! They are just as pictured. Another thing that I loved is the belly piece that you place over the straps to keep them from getting hung up underneath on brush. But here's the thing with that, it needs improvement. The straps are adjustable but they only adjust so far because of the way they are attached. The straps were already all the way up as far as they could go when I received the blanket. Had it been any bigger I wouldn't have been able to use it. It still hung a little but not enough to be a problem. They really need to rethink this one. I'm going to see if I can rig it so I can adjust it to where I need it. Other than that, its perfect, well made, durable, waterproof and effective. Would purchase again, despite this one issue.

I love this blanket. Very sturdy. The color is very vibrant. I have a 14.1 hand 900 lb mare and the 68” fit great, but the belly band was too large. I didn’t care to put the belly band on anyway though.

As with any horse blanket a horse will find a way to damage it. I've had two of these now and I love them.

The belly band and all the straps are great!So far I love this blanket. And it’s pink! It fits our horse perfect. The blanket we got her in was a 78 but was clearly too big so we went for a 76. We’ve only had it a few days and it just started raining so I will update the water resistance.Update: it’s been pouring here and she’s still dry!
