Wire was correct gauge and worked perfect for my application. Fuse it’s a little tight snug if you have to take it out and in multiple times but that’s what you want! perfect

Used these inline fuse holders for multiple applications on boats. The kit came with multiple size fuses and the holders are water tight. The fuse holder cap secures and stays shut.

The fuse holders and fuses are a great buy - a very low price! The fuse holders look great, the protective cap fits tight, there are enough fuses to fit all of the holders and has a good range of fuse amperage rating. The only thing that keeps these from being perfect is that inserting the fuses into the holder takes some work and effort. The fuses don’t just “push in”, they require lining up and starting the insertion of one “foot”, then wiggling the fuse holder body, finding the hole for the second “foot”. It’s a bit tricky and requires some force, especially getting the second foot in the receiver hole. I’m a little worried about replacing the fuse if it blows and the holder is mounted in a way that is not easy to reach. It could be a bit of a struggle. I’ll just have to make sure that the access to the holder is as convenient as possible. It should be fine - just a warning to potential buyers.

I bought these to use as inline fuses on boat electronics. They are easy to swap the fuses out and the cap fits on nice and snug to help keep them dry. They are very easy to put in line and don't take to long to install. They function as they should and the extra fuses are awesome to have on hand for just about anything that takes fuses.

Perfect for the job. The caps fit tightly, as they should.The wire isn't tinned, nor are the fuse contacts which are brass.I nearly put a four amp fuse instead of a forty amp fuse. The colors were very close, but that's my bad. Just something to be aware of.
