Received the size that I ordered. The packaging was A+ and the item(s) were in superb condition. Filter fit my ceiling vent perfectly and was snug and completely covered area. I will buy this product again as/when needed.

Actual size is 9.75 so will fit more closely in 10x10. Has more folds than other I have seen so more filter media surface area. If you buy a 6-pack for $25.62 they are $4.27 each. Given what else is out there these are a reasonable choice.

Although a reasonable product, I did notice that at one end the pleated gathers were somewhat pushed together. I had to manually try and separate the pleats without damaging the filter.
