This is a really good set for starting out making charm necklaces. The paperclip chain is really easy to add different charms to and the variety of charms in the package is pretty great. I didn't see any defects in the enameling or in the color distribution on the charms. I can't speak to how well the finish on the chain holds up due to wear and tear as I haven't worn them a lot yet, but it looks pretty good for now.

Cute little set! Includes a bunch of charms and o-rings to attach the charms. Would be perfect for slightly older kids, like teenagers even, since connecting the charms takes some coordination and will require pliers. The variety of charms are adorable and necklaces feel pretty light weight but seem durable, as the chain links are welded together rather than just pushed together.

This is a cool set that comes with the necklaces and many charm options to choose from! The necklaces are stainless steel, but do feel lighter side. The charms are all cute and include so many varieties that everyone can find something they like. This is great for an activity to do together plus you get a cool looking piece of jewelry in the end! Love the set!

These chains are plated stainless steel, but well made and shiny. The lobster clasps are already attached, and the included jump rings are already open, I loved that. I was pleasantly surprised by how cute the charms are. They don't all have enameled colors on them, some are simply gold-plated. It needs to be said, however, that the colored portion of the charms is one-sided. The opposite side of those is either a patterned or puffy gold finish, with the exception of a couple that are simply hollowed out in the back, no texture. It doesn't take away from how cute these are, but I wish I'd known ahead that the color wasn't on both sides. I only needed a pair of jewelry pliers to close the jump ring of the piece in the photo, everything else I needed was included in the kit. The links of the chains aren’t thin, but a decent thickness for chain strength while still allowing the included jump rings to fit onto them. I have some fun ideas about what I’m going to make with these. For now I’m giving this 4 stars, simply because I don’t yet know whether the metal used is going to change color or stain my skin when wearing, and I don’t know without wearing one of them how durable they are. Once I have worn one for a time I will update this review with more information. For now this is a solid 4 star product.

These gold plate stainless steel paperclip necklaces are light weight. Feels delicate yet sturdy.The description says these necklaces are 20 inches in length. That it measuring from the lobster clasp all the way to the end of the extension. It is my opinion that the extension should not be counted in the length of a necklace. But that is my opinion, and therefore the necklace, the length of paperclip links only, is only 17 1/2 inches. The other 2 1/2 inches is the extension.I still feel these necklaces are good quality.
