This is a great product with ease of use and installation! It works GREAT and simply is a must have especially for a sound system in your home! I have not yet noticed anything bad or wrong with it as it was fairly straightforward and worked right out of the box after installation. The look is clean, fits perfectly and the feel is smooth! Definitely a nice addition and an awesome looking one at that. Highly recommend this especially if your needing something liek this to control the volume for your system , it is very convenient to have!

I have volume controls already mounted in my walls, but they are 24 yrs old and really need to be replaced, not to mention they are the wrong color. I replaced one with this model and it worked fine, these have a separate connector where you connect the wires which makes installation easier. There are jumpers that allow you to match the impedance. There are 3 different colors included in the box.

I'm super impressed with this built into the wall switch. It's easy to use, provides excellent sound, and allows me to control the outdoor speakers easily. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to control a separate set of speakers.

I was adding in a new set of speakers to my office. I wanted an easy, tactile way to adjust the volume as the main source was coming from another room.These fit right into a standard 1 gang box. They have an easy way to screw in the speaker cable so it holds firm and does not require the main unit to be connected which is nice. Once you have them screwed in the connector, then you pop the connectors into the unit. Nice.Easy to install, good value for the money. I did no use the provided cover plates as I wanted a cleaner look.

This volume knob is great for any 70V or 100V system where you have up to 100W of total system volume in a single room or area to control with a volume knob. There's an adjustment so you can even use this for low impedance systems, 8-1 Ohm total impedance. Very nice, large quality transformers.

We had an issue when we added sound to our gazebo since there was no dedicated cabling for our whole-house volume control. Running a new cable would have been a big project. I found this volume control and used it to control the gazebo speakers separately from the other back yard speakers. Because of its design, it keeps the impedance correct so the amplifiers aren't affected. Also, the volume control includes faceplates and a volume knob for bright white, warm white, and ivory so that you can match your other wall plates.

I am hooking these up in two weeks and will update the review if there's a big change, but it comes with everything - wall plates, the device and two set of two speaker inputs. My intention is to hook this up to my sonos amp so i can control volume with the knob instead of pulling out my phone each time.I deducted a star because of the company branding on the bracket, which in order to get rid of, means using your own.
