These seed envelopes are decent for the price, but not exactly built like Fort Knox. They hold seeds just fine, no complaints there, but a couple of the zippers straight up ripped the first time I tried to open them. Like, I was not even being rough, just trying to get to my tomato seeds and boom—instant tear. That said, the rest of the pack held up alright and they still get the job done if you do not mind being a little gentle. Definitely not premium quality, but if you are just looking to organize your seeds without spending a ton, they are not bad. Just maybe don't yank the zipper like it owes you money.

Great size and seal well. Wish more space for writing but overall happy

They hold a good amount of seeds depending on the seed’s size. They are definitely airtight, as I must’ve put some pumpkin seeds in before they were fully dry and the ended up molding. I like the spaces to write down the seed information, and the window is nice so you can spot any problems (like moldy pumpkin seeds).

I bought these to bag up my own seeds I harvested to gift to others and they are great! Look very professional and seal easily. I’ve only given to a few family members so far and they were all impressed with the packaging! Would buy again!

In order to organize and preserve the seeds I want to collect during the 2025 gardening season, I ordered these 100 resealable seed envelopes. After inspecting the envelopes, I am certain that they will provide protection and keep my seeds dry till I'm ready to plant them. The clear window on the front is a lovely touch—it allows me to view what's inside without opening the envelope—and the brown kraft paper feels sturdy. This feature is perfect for monitoring the seeds for indications of mildew or dampness. The resealable aspect, which lets me use these envelopes again season after season, is something I truly appreciate. Keeping track of everything is made extremely simple by the printed template for recording the seed species, collecting date, and notes—no more fumbling with masking tape! The last item I needed to complete my seed-saving method was this set of seed envelopes and I do recommend them.

I got these for some Pink Lady seeds that I collected and can't wait to start storing them. They're great little packets that come very flat and easy for storage, then can be used and resealed. They are a nutral / earthy brown color which is great and they are just a bit smaller than your traditional store bought packets. They provide ample space for writing, so should help keep everything very organized. There isn't a good viewing window, but I didn't expect any to be included. These are exactly what I needed, great buy!

I'm a certified master Gardener and participate frequently in seed swap events within my gardening community. Additionally, I take time during harvest each season to save seeds from the current year's crops & flowers to plant for the next planting season. I have been searching for a nice way- other than plain white mailing envelopes or coin envelopes- to save & store my seeds.Came upon these little fellers & I was thrilled! That said, there are pros & cons to these little fellers.PROS:*The envelopes arrived in a clear vacuum-sealed plastic bag, which was a BONUS! That means these envelopes arrive dry, clean, and disease free. They arrived on time as expected.*These manilla paper envelopes are breathable enough to encourage drying & also prevent mold or disease development in the "off season" while in storage.*Labeling is easy enough- there are spots on the front to label seed name and variety, date collected, & growing notes-- though I have to say these areas a little on the wee tiny side (I'd like to see some improvements there).*I appreciate the clear "window" at the back of the envelope. It helps me to see more clearly my quantities & also to keep an eye on the overall health of my seeds ahead of next season's planting.*"Ziploc"-style closure system! No using of wet paper towels to seal (which creates a moisture problem)*The envelopes smaller size makes them pretty nice to carry out on hikes for seeds collecting. And without a lot of fuss to lose them, that's even better!CONS:* On the smaller size- measures about 2.5"W x 3.5"L (length includes the non-useable area above the zipper closure). Which means larger seeds- like beans, peas, corn- would be pretty limited in storage quantity. However, if your primary use is seed swapping, this wouldn't be too significant an issue as you're really only sharing a limited quantity of seeds anyhow.*Zipper closure was a little tough to open... because I had to take a bit of time to open up the top part of the envelope to get to it, (It felt like trying to peel the backing off a sticker. If you don't have fingernails, this might be a challenge for you LOL)*Gardeners with larger handwriting might find the small labeling area a little confining, but making your own labels could be a good alternative if you're a bit of a perfectionist as I am. :DOverall, a nice product that makes for a pretty impressive presentation for seed swapping, sharing, selling. I would recommend this item for both beginner & experienced seed savers & for anyone participating in seed sharing or swapping.
