These work really great to add a bit of traction and tactile feel to thumbsticks. I used them on several aftermarket controllers as well as some OEM Xbox One controllers and they seem to fit basically everything. They went on easy and I haven't noticed any sliding around. I like being able to differentiate controllers especially, so having two colors is nice to put the white ones on some and the black ones on others, or mix-and-match. They make it so the sticks don't slip under your thumbs really well.
